Soooo...
By now most of you will have heard that we've decided to call it a day with the band. I've had to explain the reasons behind this decision again and again over the past few days and I've probably said different things to everyone. The truth is that there is no real reason and at the same time there are many reasons.
It might not be forever, but at the moment the drive to keep doing it properly just isn't there. It was always meant to be a 'fun thing' and when the annoying bits start taking away too much from the fun...then what's the point?
So, we're taking a bit of a break to see how we feel about the whole thing. Maybe we'll be back some day...I'm pretty sure we will. There have been words about exciting things happening in the autumn and winter, but we'll just have to see.
So, instead of the band being dead forever...maybe we can see it as a corpse waiting to be re-animated and turned into an indiepop zombie one day. BRAAAAAAINS!
Sooo...indefinite hiatus...does that sound better?
